Project Description

Project
St Michael’s Catholic School comprises of two campuses, one school in High Wycombe and a new secondary Campus in Aylesbury.
Dyer worked with Alucraft Systems Ltd to provide a natural ventilation solution at the Aylesbury Campus.
System
Dyer supplied and installed 94 electrical window drives for natural day to day ventilation.
The 24v 600mm stroke D+H CDC drives operate 50 windows. 44 windows are operated by pairs of drives, six smaller windows require just a single drive each. Dyer Engineers electronically programmed the drives on site to meet the required free area figures and where required, supplied extended 5m cables concealed within the framework. The drives are controlled directly from the Building Management System.
Dyer’s automatic electrical window opening systems are cost effective to install, run and maintain.
